At Just4keepers we pride ourselves on our service. Having been running successfully for nearly 20 years as a coaching school worldwide, we are doing something right.

Most of our customers also attend our weekly coaching schools, so we are keen to provide a quality service as they are our students and need to look after them. 

Even if you are not a J4K student or a parent or an associate club using J4K we will extend the same respect and consideration as we do to our students.


Like any online retailer we have a duty to provide you with a service which entails correct description, correct pricing, correct shipping and correct returns policies. There may be occasions a situation arises which leads to a lower standard of customer experience due to incorrect errors or accidental omissions of information.

To safeguard ourselves and our customers, ALL errors and omissions are excluded from our terms of service. If any occur leading to loss to us or to any of our customers, we reserve the right to decline any offer of sale. For example, a pricing error, an item incorrectly showing in stock or a discount code working incorrectly or abused.

Our contract of sale is only completed when we ship out the goods ordered and not when the order is placed. If you receive an order confirmation from ourselves or a transaction confirmation by your payment supplier or our processing partner by email or other form of receipt, this will NOT constitute a contract of sale. 


We will dispatch and deliver your goods so you receive your order based on the delivery timescale selected and shown at checkout. You can appreciate sometimes parcels get delayed or lost that is out of our direct control. If this does happen please be rest assured we will get this resolved in a timely and effective manner for you. 

Please also follow the below steps to get your query dealt with as fast as possible and PLEASE give J4K time to deal with your query as we are open 9am til 5pm Monday to Friday, and if we get a email or voicemail late evening or over weekend, we cannot deal with these queries until we get into the office.


If you are a customer form the UK, we abide by the UK Consumer Contract Regulations 2014, which allowed you to have a right of returning your goods 14 calendar days from when your contract of sale has taken place. As confirmed above this period will begin form the date your item is shipped by us.

To return the item please email at the first instance. Please state in the subject line the words Return Request followed by your order number. This will allow us to deal with your request in a prompt and proper manner. The returned item(s) will need to be paid for and shipped back to us by you.

For safety and verification, we advise all returns use a signed for service which requires a signature on delivery. Otherwise a returned item cannot be traced and no refund will be due if it is lost. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and a signature and date of receipt at our returns address is required for any queries.


All personal data we request from you on our website is for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order(s) efficiently and accurately.

We may use your data from time to time to notify you of any promotions or messages we have for you, but we will never pass or sell your personal data to any third party outside of ourselves.

We promise to keep your details secure and private. We confirm we are not provided with or hold any payment details used by you using our payment service providers.


We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours of receipt. In the rare circumstances this is not possible and account for any unforeseen operational issues, please allow up to 5 working days to receive your reply..
